Registration & Login

??? question "I didn’t get the OTP email. What now?" - Check Spam/Junk folder

  • Wait 1–2 minutes — emails can be slow on Gmail/Yahoo
  • Still missing? Click Resend OTP
  • Use Gmail for fastest delivery in Nepal
Can I change my store URL (yoursite.steaky.com)?

Yes!
→ Go to Settings > Domain > Custom Domain
→ Enter your own (e.g., myshop.com)
→ Free for .steaky.com, NPR 999/year for custom

I forgot my password. Help!

Click "Forgot Password?" on login
→ Enter email → get reset link
→ Works even if OTP fails

Products & Collections

How many products can I add?

Unlimited — no limits on free or paid plans
But:

  • Manual Add: Best for < 100 items
  • Import CSV: Best for 100+ (use our template)
My imported products show 'Out of Stock'. Why?

Common causes:

  • CSV column says stock: 0
  • Missing price or title
    → Download our CSV Template to avoid errors
Can I sell digital products (PDFs, courses)?

Yes!

  • Upload file in Product > Digital File
  • Auto-email link after payment
  • Works with Khalti, eSewa, COD

Theme & Design

How do I change colors/logo?

→ Settings > Theme Settings > Branding

  • Upload logo (300×100 PNG)
  • Pick primary color (we recommend Indigo)
  • Save → live in 5 seconds
My slider is not sliding. It’s static!

You need 5+ banners in the group

  • 1–4 = static grid
  • 5+ = auto-slider
    → Add more banners in Banners & Groups
Images look blurry on mobile

Use:

  • Size: 1360×300 (hero), 650×300 (duo)
  • Format: WebP or JPG (80% quality)
  • Tool: Photopea (free Canva alternative)

Payments & Shipping

Which payment gateways work in Nepal?

All major ones:

  • Khalti (wallet + bank)
  • eSewa
  • IME Pay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    → Enable in Settings > Payments
How to set shipping rates?

→ Settings > Shipping
Options:

  • Flat: NPR 150 across Nepal
  • Free above NPR 2000
  • Zone-based (Kathmandu vs Outside Valley)
Can customers pay with QR code?

Yes!

  • Enable Khalti/eSewa QR in payment settings
  • Auto-generated QR on checkout
  • Works on 4G mobile

Orders & Customers

??? question "How do I fulfill an order?" 1. Go to Orders > All Orders
2. Click order → Mark as Shipped
3. Enter tracking (optional)
4. Customer gets SMS/email

Can I export orders to Excel?

Yes!
→ Orders > Export > CSV
→ Open in Excel/Google Sheets
→ Filter by date, status, payment
